Home Page and Recommendation #1

Create the home page the user sees when they enter the homepage. The homepage should have a specific structure like recommended events, etc.

As a user, I want to register an account using my NYU email address and a password I provide.
As a user, I want to log in to the website using my NYU email and password.
As a user, I want to reset my password through email in case I forget it.
