Not Able to Upload Large Images As Profile Picture (Testing Party) #136

When I tried uploading a picture with a size of 17 mb the website kept on loading and it didn't process my changes when I clicked save. Maybe implement a file size cap when allowing users to upload images.

Also should restrict only image based files to be uploaded because I managed to upload a pdf as my profile picture, it didn't show the pdf in the image section but the ability to do so should probably not be there.
