Can click for a favorite pet using a shelter account #131

Expected Behavior

Shelter account users should not be able to "favorite" a pet

Current Behavior

Can click for a favorite pet.

Ideas for Improvement

Disable the icon for clicking favorite if the user is using a shelter account.
