Issue tracker is ONLY used for reporting bugs. New features should be discussed in its own thread on the #general channel of slack.
It's better to provide users a clear filter button instead of having users to clear all the filter fields themselves.

Users have to clear the filter and search bar keywords on their own. Also, When I try searching the breed Hound, entrying HOUND or hound
The searching function should be case-insensitive and users should have a clear filter button to clear all the previous filter or search input.
