User Story:

As a user, I should be able to view the list of all the pets in the shelter.

Acceptance Criteria:

Page should be visible on a separate URL
Page should have list of pets which has their profile picture displayed on the card

Definition of Done:

-Acceptance criteria should be met -Write unit tests
