User story As user, I want to be informed when I add already released Exam Number on the Upcoming Exam Subscription, so that I can instantly check the result.

Acceptance criteria

[x] Provide user with an alert when they enter an exam that has already been released.
[x] Provide a link to the Search Exam result page in the alert to they can easily access the result (Additional)

Definition of Done

[x] Pass Unit Testing
[x] Code Review Completed
[x] Passed peer testing based on AC
[x] Change Deployed to Production
[x] Validated as working in Production
