Technical Story: Keep active connections between endpoints

User story As pit crew, I want to see a single stream of up-to-date data even if we have multiple data sources from a vehicle at a time such as 4G AND radio so that I don't have to check multiple data streams

Acceptance criteria

• Data from multiple data sources are combined nicely into a single stream
• Combined data shouldn't contain duplicate data
• Combined data should be ordered properly
• All the data appearing in each source should appear in the merged stream exactly once

Definition of Done I know this is done when I see a single merged stream from multiple data sources
