User story
As backend team, I want to know which method/framework to use to synchronize multiple postgresql db so that we can use them to synchronize our db on localhost and cloud back and forth.
Acceptance criteria
There's a reasonable number (2-3) of candidates so that we can try to build a POC with our limited resources
Because it's expensive to give it a real try, we should have enough desk research not to waste time. In other words, if a document or stackoverflow whatever says it's no, we definitely should filter them out at this stage
Definition of Done
I know this is done we have 2-3 candidates of how to synchronize postgresql
