403/404 Pages, Grafana Documentation, Warnings, Minor Features

Description

• Added custom 404-page not found and 403 forbidden pages
• Issue #571: Add documentation for Configure Grafana view
• Allow user to update their GFConfig username/password.
• Issue #362: Before deleting an Event, warn the user that all measurement data for the event will be deleted.
• Change Add Panel trigger so that a sensor panel is created for all events, not just the active event.
