Record issues, clarifications, workarounds, or points of note while attempting to set up the Mercury Telemetry web app locally on your systems or remotely.

Especially note lack of clarity in instructions (link to given documents) and, if you fail to set up the web app, what step caused this failure.

I have performed the setup and documented the issues/difficulties I had with the process (assuming I was starting with little/no knowledge beforehand).
