disabled email field in edit profile, so that user cannot chanfge it. … #324

…Once the user creates an account with specific email ID , the email ID acnot be changed

@Pankhurinyu this is a temporary solution to the issue right?

@emoltz As of now, the way I was thinking- if we are going to validate the second email, we will have to attach the whole Activation email functionality and would also have to make sure that the new email ID entered is unique and does not match previous records, which will make the code more complex. I will still searching if there is a better and concise way to confirm the second email in edit profile. If I come across, I will let it be known on the group, otherwise I am open to implementation of any other method for this ticket suggested by anyone of you.
