Unsolvable puzzles?

Okay, I'm sure you get this claim from time to time, only to have people 
take it back when they look more closely.  But having replayed them a 
couple of times to be sure, I'm quite certain...

Puzzles 13 and 17 in the 'medium' difficulty do not appear to have a 
solution. (It's pretty quick to demonstrate on #17.) I haven't played 
further than that yet, there may be more.

Is it possible there are errors?

Thanks for developing the game -- I really like your user interface, the 
play is quite addictive. :)

By #17 in medium you mean this puzzle?:

I've solved this one without problem, maybe I'm looking on wrong puzzle?

Well, when I think I've noticed something that a thousand people before me 
haven't, 
I try to be careful to verify.  But in rechecking and laying out the solving of 
the 
puzzle step by step in this message, it appears that I just made the same 
mistake 
more than once.  It solves just fine.  And my credibility stands at a new low...
