Buffers list window in tree view mode doesn't work on Windows #11

using it on a Windows 10, PowerShell 7.4.6.

With tree mode, vessel doesn't show any buffer on the list:

if mode is flat, it doesn't display the basename only (not sure why the 3rd is correct):

Noted.. I'll try testing on a window installation and will report back
