Notes don't use normal-mode #10

It is very convenient to save notes with the file variable syntax for the mode, 
like # -*- mode: org -*-.

In these cases, it appears that opening the note in emacs does not detect the 
mode automatically, so you would have to run M-x normal-mode to re-detect it.

Can this be solved so that opened notes respect the way emacs understands 
buffer modes?
