comments that mention my name should be highlighted #367

feature request: if a comment mentions my username, that comment should be 
highlighted (similar to green highlighting for LGTM or yellow for #c in url)

Everybody who quotes you in direct and non-direct followups will include your 
name in the reply. Maybe you want @name to be highlighted?
