NeedIndexError when clicking 'More reviews' -- no matching index found #417

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Login to rietveld (https://codereview.appspot.com/)
2. Click on 'More reviews' link on the left hand side
3. Rietveld takes you to a URL like this one:
  https://codereview.appspot.com/search?repo_guid=696638e50dab9a0f4010aed3b6678a480859a1aa
3. Get this error

Sorry, an error occurred...

Unhandled exception.

  Details: no matching index found. The suggested index for this query
  is: - kind: Issue properties:
   - name: repo_guid - name: modified direction: desc [NeedIndexError]

The missing index was added in revision b5010f824fff
