Scroll line resets to top of page on comment save.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. View a page of code that's many screens tall.
2. Using the keyboard, move down several screens, such that the blue line moves 
down with you.
3. Enter a comment and save it.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expect the blue line to stay where it is.  Instead it vanishes.  If you then 
hold down the down arrow for a while, it'll make its way all the way down to 
the screen again.

What browser are you using?  What version? On what operating system?

Version 27.0.1453.47 beta on Debian Wheezy

This is related to https://code.google.com/p/rietveld/issues/detail?id=398 and 
makes it much more annoying.

If you use 'n' to jump down to your previous position faster, then try the 
arrow keys, it'll jump back to the top and come down again, as if the arrow 
keys use a different stored position variable than 'n' and 'p' do.
