Album mode normalizing is not working

1) Please describe the steps to reproduce the situation:

Rip a cd with normalize on (album mode). Tested with encoding to mp3 and flac.

2) What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expected: Normalizing takes place.
Real: normalize does not happen. When all tracks are ripped, normalize looks 
for wav files in the temp_sr0 folder, which are not there, because tracks are 
directly encoded after ripping.

3) What version of rubyripper are you using? On what operating system?

Commandline version 0.6.0 on ubuntu 10.10
Ruby version 1.9.1p431

4) What should change?

Wait for encoding until all tracks are ripped + normalized.

This is fixed with current git. There were some other problems though which I 
fixed yesterday. I just retested it and can confirm this works now.
