Few tips #292

1. Don't clear the screen before you load next image. Just show the 
"wait"-cursor for a user, and once the next image is loaded - show it as fast 
as you can without the black screen.

2. After image rotation in the fullscreen mode it would be cool to do the 
adaptive resize again. Now the image is too small or too big after rotation.

3. RAW viewing is too slow. Maybe you try to render these images from the RAW 
data? There is the preview JPG generated by the camera inside any RAW-image, 
use this.

4. Image preloading is good feature, but seems like it works just for the 1 
step forward, right? What for I got 16GB of RAM? Seems like there should be an 
option in the preferences: how far I wish to preload.

4+. You don't have to clear preloaded cache from previous images if there's 
enough of RAM.

Don't post multiple issue in a single issue. Also, most of these are either
