disable open dialog on Xee program start #296

Until OSX 10.7 (Lion) everthing works as expected, since 10.8 (Mountain Lion) 
strange behaviour: every time I doubleclick an image (to open it with Xee, my 
default App), Xee opens additionally the open dialog. 

1.) quit Xee
2.) doubleclick image
3.) Xee opens image PLUS the open dialog

Is there any way to tell Xee not to act like that?

If Xee is already running, doubleclick on image doesn't force the open dialog 
(like expected and desired), the undesired open dialog opens only when Xee is 
starting.

This probably is not happening until the 3.0 rewrite gets done, unless someone 
sends a patch for it.
