Always open in full screen still shows the Dock in Mountain Lion #297

First of all, if you have any Haxies, InputManagers, SIMBL plugins or
similar operating system hacks installed, please remove them first, restart
the program, and make sure the bug is reproducible without them.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Enable 'Always open in full screen mode'
2. Double click a photo to view it.
3. Dock will remain on top of the photo.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expected the photo to cover the dock when viewing in full screen.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Xee 2.2 Mountain Lion 10.8

Please provide any additional information below.
Just wondering if there was a way... no biggie.

This probably won't get fixed in the 2.2 codebase unless somebody else submits 
a patch for it.

3.0 will use the proper fullscreen methods in newer OS X versions, once I have 
the time to start working on it properly.
