Unable to full screen on mountain lion? #300

It seems that xee cannot fullscreen on mountain lion. Wish it could be fixed 
soon. Thanks!

No further development is likely to happen on the 2.x code base. Any new 
development will be on the 3.0 rewrite.

I'll accept patches, if anyone really wants them, but 2.x is basically 
abandoned otherwise.
