Animated PNG (APNG) Support #311

I love Xee!

But it'd be even sweeter if it supported APNG's.

APNG's are started to become a little more common due to clever 
Javascript/Canvas fallbacks, and hopefully Webkit will pick it up at some point.

It is planned for 3.0, but who knows when that will finally be done.
