pressing esc crashes from fullscreen mode #313

First of all, if you have any Haxies, InputManagers, SIMBL plugins or
similar operating system hacks installed, please remove them first, restart
the program, and make sure the bug is reproducible without them.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.fullscreen mode
2.press sec
3.CrAsH

What is the expected output? if i press esc i expect to quick as cmd + Q

What version of the product are you using? Xee 2.2 On what operating system? 
OSX 10.8.2

Unless anybody posts a patch for it, this won't get fixed. The 2.x codebase is 
abandoned, and I am working exclusively on the 3.x rewrite. It will most likely 
not have this bug once it is finished.
