False language

Xee.app is now always in an Easter European languge, I want it to be
in German language again as it was before. I don't know what
caused it, maybe the system upgrade from snow leopard to mountain lion.
There seems to be no setting in the options to choose the application language.

Example from the about window:
Vytvořil 2005-2010 programátor Dag Ågren a dáno k dispozici jako Public 
Domain.

I am using OS X Version 10.8.2,
Xee version 2.2

This is entirely up to OS X, Xee has no control over it. Check your language 
settings in the OS X preferences.

The OS X system settings are all ok with respect to language.
All applications are in the same language, but 
strangely only Xee shows another language. Maybe some broken
preference settings file of Xee?
Or does the recent Xee.app only that language by accident?

It's been almost two years since the last release, so there's not really a 
"recent" one.

Also, this will most likely not get fixed, as I am working on a complete 
rewrite of Xee and the 2.x series is pretty much abandoned.
