Wrong on missing color management #322

What steps will reproduce the problem?
 View the attached image (Browser_Color_Test.jpg)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
 Image colors should match to their labels.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
 v2.2

Please provide any additional information below.
 Motorcycle image (BGR-Red-Ducati_WCS-Test-TriState.jpg). It should be green (or red) but not blue.

2.x has no colour management at all. 3.0 will have.
