Handle raw+jpg as a single image #324

It's very annoying to view the same image twice when shooting in raw+jpg camera 
mode.

Raw+jpg could be managed (viewed/deleted) as single image. See Geeqie Image 
Viewer for example.

I can see the use for this, yes, but it's also quite annoying to implement, so 
I think I will leave it as a "maybe" for when I have less other work to do.
