Program quits immediately when opening file #340

First of all, if you have any Haxies, InputManagers, SIMBL plugins or
similar operating system hacks installed, please remove them first, restart
the program, and make sure the bug is reproducible without them.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Try to open image file

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Image does not open.
Window opens reporting that Xee quit unexpectedly, with options to either
Ignore, report or, reopen.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Xee 3.0(17)
OS X 10.8.4

Please provide any additional information below.
I reported this behaviour when I experienced it with the last available
published version 2 of Xee. The error is not consistent and does not always
occur but it does happen very frequently. In version 2 of Xee the problem was
very file specific - some picture files always produced the error but in
version 3 the error might occur with a file one time but not the next time I
try to open it. Once Xee correctly opens a file I can then move through and
view the other files in the same folder without any problems. I am attaching a
copy of the report created when the problem occurs and hope it might prove
useful and also a screenshot of the window which appears when the error occurs.

I hope you can identify the cause of the problem and thank you for your time.
:-)

This is an entirely different bug.

Are you using a GeForce graphics card?

Yes, indeed, my MacBook has the NVIDIA GeForce GT 650M 52MB graphics card.

Thanks for your quick attention!

Sorry, that should be the 512MB card.

Actually, I just realized that this is a bug I introduced while trying to fix
another bug on GeForce. I've put up a quick fix for it, 3.0.1. Try downloading
now and see if it works any better.

Great stuff! Thank you very much. Will definitely buying. :-)
