Xee quitting when exiting fullscreen mode #341

First of all, if you have any Haxies, InputManagers, SIMBL plugins or
similar operating system hacks installed, please remove them first, restart
the program, and make sure the bug is reproducible without them.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Press escape or cmd-f to exit fullscreen mode
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect return to normal (non-fullscreen) mode.
Instead Xee quits and error window displays (Xee quit unexpectedly...Ignore,
Report or Reopen)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Xee 3.0.1(18)
OS X 10.8.4

Please provide any additional information below.

I previously reported a problem with Xee quitting when trying to open a file.
3.0.1 fixed that issue but now whenever I exit fullscreen mode the program
quits. Thanks for you continuing support!

I can't seem to reproduce this, nor have any of my testers encountered it. Do
you have any programs installed that change the behavior of other apps?

Not sure about this. The only app I have installed which seems to me might fit
this description is BetterTouchTool. This might not be the kind of app you are
referring to though.

Well, try disabling anything that you suspect might be changing things in other
apps, and see if Xee still crashes.

Okay, thanks, I will get back to you about this tomorrow. I have disabled
BetterTouchTools but that hasn't helped. I'll do some experimenting.

I took a guess at what might cause the problem, and tried to make some changes.

Can you see if http://wakaba.c3.cx/releases/mac/Xee3.0.2.zip works any better?

Thank you! I was just about to let you know that I have not been successful in
trying to identify any other program which might be causing the problem.

Your hunch was absolutely correct. I just installed 3.0.2 and exiting
fullscreen mode is now no longer causing a crash.

I really appreciate you help. Thank you again. :)

All right, excellent. I am still not sure why this only happened on your
computer. Since it was this bug, it should have been happening everywhere, but
I guess something else was preventing the bug from actually happening, except
on your computer. Good thing it got caught.
