Option to hide the status bar

First of all I love the new app. Bought it as soon as I found out about it. 

There was an option in 2.2 that allowed you to turn off the bottom and top info 
bar. I can't find it anywhere in 
the new version.

Also, while I like the swipe to scroll, being able to toggle which way i want 
to swipe should be an option. For instance I like the right to left scroll but 
not the bottom to top. It would be great if I could disable that one feature 
and keep the other.

I might add an option to hide the status bar later, but it didn't seem that 
important when it already auto-hides in fullscreen mode if you really need all 
the space you can get.

Also, file a different bug for the swiping. I suppose I could add a "None" 
option for the swipe orderings, but the bug tracker needs to be one thing per 
issue so it can be kept track of.

I'd love this option too. its rather an aesthetical reason. In most cases I 
dont need all the informations, maybe quicktoggle the statusbar with a shortcut?

All right, spent some time restructuring the status bar code, and now it is 
hideable.
