Pinch to zoom not working on Mavericks #387

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Pinching in to zoom photos

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: Zoom into the photo.
Output: Nothing happens

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
3.1 on Mavericks

Please provide any additional information below.
I've checked the trackpad settings, and the "pinch to zoom" feature is turned 
on.
