Browsing optimizations #394

1. Browsing should be fast and easy. Every time I have to press the "browse" 
button when entering a directory. This is annoying and while I bought the Xee 3 
release made me switch back to Xee 2 for now.

2. The progress wheel is also a problem during browsing. A fast image viewer 
should pre-load the next picture in the directory and buffer previous going 
back and forth inside a directory as quickly as possible. Even on a SSD I see 
the loading wheel appear where quick animation previews by quickly browsing 
through a directory are not longer possible due to additional button presses 
and missing pre-loading.

MackBook Pro 15'' Retina 8GB RAM.

The first is the fault of the App Store sandboxing, and can not be changed. For 
the second, images are preloaded, but issue 367 is a problem.
