Xee 3.3 crashed while viewing large folder of jpegs. Now won't open, error 600. Tried trashing app. Won't move; says it's open.

First of all, if you have any Haxies, InputManagers, SIMBL plugins or
similar operating system hacks installed, please remove them first, restart
the program, and make sure the bug is reproducible without them.

As far as I can tell, this is an OS X bug. You may have to restart to fix it. 
OS X thinks the app is open while it isn't actually. I don't think there is 
anything Xee can do to fix it.

Report it to Apple, if you want to try to get them to do something about it.
