Slide show timer should start after the photo is rendered

First of all, if you have any Haxies, InputManagers, SIMBL plugins or
similar operating system hacks installed, please remove them first, restart
the program, and make sure the bug is reproducible without them.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Browse to photos on a NAS with limited bandwidth connection (eg wifi)
2. Include some wide panoramic photos
3. Configure slide show for 1 second intervals
4. Start slide show
5. Slide show renders photos
6. Panoramic photos take longer than 1 second to render, and are skipped before 
being displayed.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expect each photo to be visible for the specified interval (1 second) 
including the panoramic photos.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

MacOS Mavericks 10.9.2  Xee Version 3.3 (32)
