I there any way to change the frame rate of a GIF file in Xee2? #443

Some of the GIFs are playing too fast, and I would like to be able to slow them 
down a bit.  I just wondered if I could do that in your program (it doesn't 
look like it).  I am using Version 3.3 (32) and think the app is great 
otherwise.

Not directly. You can sort of fake it by stopping the animation and holding 
down the "next frame" button though.
