Lack of HTTPS for downloads #448

I was wondering if it would be possible to set up HTTPS for the download URL 
for Xee. Given the current state of the internet, it would go a long way 
towards ensuring the security of user systems against MITM attacks.

Doesn't currently seem to be enough of an issue to be worth going through the 
immense hassle of getting HTTPS working securely, unfortunately.
