As a user I want a proper styling In order to add images to my recipes

Acceptance criteria

the two buttons in the recipe format should be consolidated into one.
Tasks
[x] combine the two buttons into one and ensure that the current clipboard is displayed
[ ] also refactor the code for PUT and DELETE on cloudinary to update the profile/index.js
