Purpose of code changes on this branch:
New combat resolution, and several bugfixes in current fleet resolution code
Also, for some reason, I threw in an optimization for building gameStrings in
the java game engine.
When reviewing my code changes, please focus on:
- Correctness of battle resolution
- idiomatic/consistent code?
After the review, I'll merge this branch into:
/trunk
The java code is very well tested at this point; the python code is not.
