Need focus and blur events #111

I need to get focus and blur events from the plugin, so I can tell when the
user has clicked in the plugin and clicked out of the plugin. Specifically,
the focus event should fire when the user clicks *anywhere* in the plugin,
including the navigation control.

A partial and inadequate workaround is to listen for mousedown events on
the GEWindow object, but a mousedown in the navigation control does not
fire this event.
