http://code.google.com/p/google-highly-open-participation-drupal/issues/
detail?id=69 provided us http://cvs.drupal.org/viewvc.py/drupal/
contributions/docs/developer/globals.php?revision=1.2 however http://
api.drupal.org/api/group/globals/6 is sadly empty.

You first need to change the documentation in CVS to be a class Globals
and the documented variables properties of said class. After all, api
module is a doxygen parser and doxygen can parse documentation for class
properties. If api module does not yet support this feature then patch so
it does.
