Android's tmp dir is /data/local/tmp

jgm@, we use /data/local/tmp as tmp dir for Chromium Android. I'm not sure
whether it's preferable than your recent change of /mnt/sdcard/.

zhenghao@ - is the use of /data/local/tmp documented somewhere? /mnt/sdcard/ is
a known location, while /data/local/tmp doesn't appear to be.

Well, it's not documented. I think users could make dir at /data/local/tmp
without root, so I think it's a good place. /mnt/sdcard is also good to me.
What if the device doesn't have a sdcard?

Aren't devices that have no SD cards still supposed to have the /mnt/sdcard
directory in the filesystem? At least Nexus S and Galaxy Nexus do.

OK, then /mnt/sdcard/ is fine for me. Looks like I cannot close the bug. Please
close it if you can :) Thanks!
