Same as #44: Number displaying, not contact name when receiving calls, only this occurs at 1.1.3 #79

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Erase call history
2. Make a call from a number in contact list
3. Phone # displays, not name

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Phone # displays, not name

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
iPhone 1.1.3, 04.02.13_G, in Norway.

Please provide any additional information below.
Tried various fixes without success. Norway uses mainly ### ## ### format on 
numbers (8 
numbers)

There's a bug in the iPhone software that will cause problems with detecting the
numbers stored in your contacts, if iPhone is used outside the supported 
countries. I
have set up a fully automatic fix for this (thanks to Dev team for patched 
files),
that will fix this problem.

Start Installer and install the package called Phone # to name fix located in 
the
Unlocking Tools category (i.unlock.no must be added as a Source to see this 
category).

Yes, excellent package which I used on 1.1.1, however it will not let me 
install on 1.1.3 since it was made for the  
1.1.1.
