Unlocked 1.1.4 restore problem with No IMEI CCID and BASEBAND #95

I av gone to many sites suggesting different solutions to the problems
that I m facing with my iPhone. I have 16 Gb 1.1.4 version

Okay so what led to the problem is that to sync with itunes on another
computer, it was required to delete all the songs i dunno why, so iTunes
erased all the songs and stuff along with which i think Sim Unlock and all
that unlock stuff was deleted.

Things I have Tried:

1. There were several tutorials that suggested restoring 1.1.4. I followed
that but the problem i have is that the restore hangs up at "Restoring
iphone firmware" in iTUNES (normal, recovery, and DFU all the same). I
thought i was stuck there, but i found a way to boot the phone using
iBrick 0.91 which some how makes the thing work. But then again there was
no IMEI, no CCID and no BASEBAND after unlocking with Ziphone 3:(

2. Another Tutorial suggested resotring to 1.1.3. I did that as well. I
got the same message on iTunes "restoring iphone firmware". Again ! i used
iBRICK and this time the firmware was 1.1.3 but hell again no imei ccid
and baseband after unlocking with Ziphone 3

3. From 1.1.3, there was a tutorial that suggested me on downgrading to
1.0.2 to solve the EXACT SAME PROBLEM i m facing. I tried it , and as
mentioned in one of the issues, the clock stops ticking at "Waiting for
iPhone".

Now is there a way to get my phone working? Directly flash my baseband for
1.1.4 ? what about IMEI and CCID ? and NO WIFI :(

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.
