74.0.1 is incompatilble with Carbon Copy Cloner 3.3.7 (latest)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Run Carbon Copy Cloner.
Try to choose a ZFS volume.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect Carbon Copy Cloner to work on ZFS volumes.
Bug: The ZFS volumes show up in the chooser without a name.
Bug: A ZFS volume, when chosen, produces an error that only HFS+ file systems 
are supported.

I think the underlying problem is that rsync doesn't work on ZFS volumes. (It 
doesn't copy xattrs?)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
74.0.1
10.5.8 PPC 9L31a

The statement about rsync is false.
The problem here is a policy choice made by the developer of Carbon Copy Cloner.
