Sometimes when downloading files through the checkout create an empty file size 0 bytes. #15

Just found a bug - for some reason sometimes when downloading files through the 
checkout create an empty file size 0 bytes. There also will conduct an analysis 
on this issue.

r129 - The logic of check of the size of the received file with the size of 
that in a repository is implemented. If the sizes of files differ, 2 more 
additional attempts to download a file are undertaken. 

r129 - Реализована логика проверки размера 
полученного файла с размером такового в 
репозитории. Если же размеры файлов 
отличаются, то предпринимаются ещё 2 
дополнительные попытки скачать файл.
