The link on http://www.webglearth.com/upgrade.html to the Chrome Beta is not 
working (404 not found).

The link should take you to http://www.google.com/landing/chrome/beta/ and it 
seems to be working OK.

No, the link is not working. For "proof" see the attached screenshot. Another 
user also had this issue.
