Copy to / Move to: include subfolders be default #501

In the Copy to / Move to pane, you add folders by clicking "Select A 
Destination".

I request that this pane include, by default, subfolders of the current folder, 
when you are browsing a folder.

Also, if the current folder has no subfolders, then sibling folders.
