Unable to save or open default keymap #34

Hi there,

When I go to preferences > package settings > browser refresh > key bindings (default), I get an empty file (but it's not as notepad ++ indicates).

Same when I open from appdata folder directly.

So basically, the plugin does nothing at all :)

Seems to be the only plugin with that problem, any ideas ?

Seem like you are on windows. Unfortunately I won't be doing any more maintenance for win. If you are interested you can submit a PR to fix this issue. I would love to have contributions for win, but I don't use it or have a need for it.
