Don`t refresh in Windows 8.1 with Chrome 40.0.2214.94 m #71

There is no refresh in Windows 8.1 with Chrome 40.0.2214.94 m. File have been saved and opened successfully with "Open in browser". Cmd-Shift-r saved current file, but there is no refresh in browser. Restarted Sublime Text 2.0.2 build 2221 as well as Chrome. Didn't help.

Has just meet the same problem with the same chrome version，it was solved yet?
