Not working with Firefox 36.0.4 on osx yosemite 10.10.2 #72

doesn't refresh Firefox 36.0.4 on osx yosemite 10.10.2. opens the same as cmd-r in st3

I'm encountering the same issue with firefox 38.0.1 on OSX Yosemite 10.10.3. Both Safari 8.0.6 and Google Chrome 43.0.2357.81 are working. Thanks

@martinschenk @Kuuak @uzyn: Will the Firefox window come to the foreground when you press the keystroke on ST?
